Once the deposit is paid, your date is officially secured and the experience begins. This is the moment it becomes real — and we want it to feel that way.
Quote, proposal & acceptance
We put together a proposal tailored to your vision — covering everything from food and beverage to planning, coordination, and photography. Once you're ready, a simple acceptance confirms your place with us.
First connection – Meet Leah
Your journey begins with a personalised online chat with Leah. A real conversation about you, your day, and what matters most. We talk about the key hero: our food experience, at our venues!
The Journey
10 weeks out: Meet Alexander
A personalised & detailed chat. Together you'll confirm your menu curation, beverage enhancements, timing schedule, floorplan, and all bump-in and bump-out procedures for your vendors & start to finalise your RSVPs.
8 months out: touch base
At eight months out, you'll reconnect with Leah and Cassandra online for a relaxed check-in. We'll make sure all the moving parts of your planning are coming together beautifully.

Cassandra personally welcomes you into Ever After Effect. Together you'll look at the overall picture of your day, lock in your photography preferences while her calendar still has your date, and talk through the creative suppliers you might want to connect with — celebrants, musicians, stationery, styling — so your planning starts with the right people around you. Your welcome pack and curated supplier guide arrive alongside this call.
The day itself
Today, your only job is to be present. Your Ever After Effect team surrounds you — familiar faces who know your day as well as you do.
