We don't offer in person Site Tours, however each Venue is best to visit on the weekends. Ashcombe Gardens has a entry fee, but please let the team know you are viewing the property for a wedding with Ever After Effect, the fee will be waived. We suggest booking an initial consultation so we can chat you through how each venue works!

We understand how important it is to find the perfect fit for your day, this is why we offer an online consults to talk you through how it all works, each Venue is unique. We offer Tuesday evenings weekly to chat with couples outside of business hours. We host meetings back to back, we often don't have time outside of these hours, but you can always call or email us & we will reach out to you!

Booking with us is simple and all digital—who has a printer these days? Our non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your wedding date with our Catering team at Epicurean & us at Ever After Effect. A quote will be sent to you with the balance. Once these are settled and your digital contract is signed, we’ll stay in touch through emails and Instagram DMs to get to know you better. After confirming your date with us, you have a personalised chat with Cassandra who can help shape your early wedding planning! Our goal is to make the process fun, enjoyable and stress-free, from the initial booking to the moment your wedding package arrives at your doorstep. 

It varies at each Venue depending on the requirements. At a base level, we require a minimum spend, which includes your Reception, venue hire fee, Catering & Coordination. Creative Services such as Photography & Videography are an optional service with our team, although we highly recommend it for the full ever after experience... after all this was how it all started! Our coordination service provides our couples with assistance in the lead up to their day, starting at the 10 week countdown. Couples have a dedicated event coordinator for the lead up, finalising menu enhancements, floorplans, vendor management and on-the-day set up & pack down. Our Photography & Videography service includes 6 hour through to 12 hour coverage, with enhancements like 35mm film, second photographers, engagement or pre-wedding event photography. Cassandra has a team of associates that you do have the option to work with as well. 

At Ever After Effect we don't go by timelines with this! It's truly up to you, we have had many couples book a mere 4-6 months in advanced and it has worked well. We have a team that can bring together a wedding from the 10 week lead up, including Photography with Cass. Most couples love to plan in advanced & it's normal for us to have 12-18 months of time. There's no right or wrong here... and there's nothing we can't do!
